Rent for your Event at the Saanich Fairground

The central buildings and rooms at the Saanich Fairground. The RCMP Barn, Agriplex, stables and riding rings are to left (west); the market field is to the right (east).

We are open to book rentals for both indoor and outdoor spaces. We have a large variety of options to suit multiple event types and sizes with ample free parking and scenic valley views. Please feel free to schedule a viewing to see if the Saanich Fairgrounds will work for your venue. Our friendly office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have. INSURANCE UPDATE
The North and South Saanich Agricultural Society has confirmed affordable insurance options for event hosts and participants through Pal Insurance, a member of Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions (CAFE).
