All vendors need to submit product photos, even if they are not being juried. Upload no more than three (3) high quality images that best represent the products that you would like to sell. Your images are not only used for jury selection but may also be used to promote Christmas in the Manger. See our notes on the craft fair webpage for suggestions on how to take quality product photos.

    Preferred booth location
    We will do our best to accommodate specific booth requests, but no booth assignment is guaranteed. We provide tables, chairs and access to power if requested. The vendor is responsible for providing the power cables, staging and backdrops if required (we do not provide backdrops). Booths are for one artist, maker or grower only and may not be shared without approval of the Saanich Fair. Booths will be assigned after the Saanich Fair (Labour Day weekend).

    If you chose the Agriculture Hall, please select a preferred room (one only).

    A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for eligible applications to be considered. Payment in full is due after you application has been approved and you have been notified.

    For e-transfers or credit card payment, please call the office for more details (250-652-3314, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm). If you want to pay by cheque, please bring your cheque to the Saanich Fair office.
